Hiroshima and Nagasaki experienced the horrors of nuclear weapons for the first time in human history.
The two cities were destroyed instantly. Hundreds of thousands of people were killed. Among those who managed to survive, suffering inflicted by the A-bomb radiation continues even to this day.
This important exhibition from the City of Hiroshima features artefacts from the bombings, as well as activities to promote a nuclear-weapon-free world.
This is a free public event displaying A-bomb artefacts from the Hiroshima Peace Museum
