Menagerie: Contemporary Indigenous Sculpture

Touring nationally, this exhibition features 33 established and emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, who have each produced sculptural works depicting a variety of animals. At the Object Gallery and the Australian Museum. The dates above are for the Sydney show.

Unnatural Naturally

Unnatural Naturally focuses on ideas of botany and the body – re-presenting and re-configuring natural forms via artificial conduits. Simeoni and Young have created edgy jewellery which utilises and manipulates non-specific artificial objects, including vintage artificial flowers and beads alongside silver, gold and wood. Exhibiting at Sydneys metalab gallery.
