A prototype building by developers Grocon, which has gained a perfect Green Star Score (including 5 of the available innovation credits). The project is also aiming for carbon neutrality, LEED platinum rating and the Worlds highest rating under BREEAM.

IntentCITY book launch by Architects for Peace
