Art for Sharks is a major charity art auction, held each year to raise funds for our work to save our threatened marine wildlife, make our fisheries sustainable and create marine national parks, places in the sea where our turtles, sharks and seals are safe from harm.
Please join AMCS for a night of celebration, inspiration and art appreciation in Richmond (Victoria). All funds raised from Art for Sharks will go specifically towards their Save our Sharks campaign.

The auction will feature work from established and emerging artists from all over Australia working across a variety of different mediums.

A feature of this years’ event will be a large collection of Aboriginal art from South Australia and the Northern Territory.

The auction is a joint fundraiser for the ACE campaign and for the Aboriginal-led Australian Nuclear Free Alliance (ANFA).

Sustainable Living Foundation is holding a private screening of Where The Wild Things Are in order to raise money for the art exhibitions at the Sustainable Living Festival next February. There will also be a Silent Auction of pre-loved pieces and small artworks.

Tuesday 16th of June, Hogan Gallery, 310 Smith St, Collingwood. All funds raised go to Friends of the Earth’s Anti-nuclear & Clean Energy campaign and The Australian Nuclear-Free Alliance.

All monies raised from the auction (100%) will go to The Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund. All art works are to be donated in full without reserve. 6.00pm Thursday 21 May 2009. Fitzroy Town Hall, Cnr Napier and Moor Streets, Fitzroy

Donate works in any medium to be auctioned in June. Money raised will go to the Australian Nuclear-Free Alliance (ANFA) and Friends of the Earth’s Anti-Nuclear and Clean Energy (ACE) campaign, funding grassroots activism in Australia. Auction to be held at Hogan’s Gallery on the 16th of June.
